Responsibilities:

• Supervise and manage external partners of the company and make sure they deliver an excellent product/service.
• Manage communication with all the internal team leads, driving productivity.
• Proactively help solve problems and challenges that occur in the company.
• Use our CRM and other software to ensure correct information is given.
• Help with business development and achieving our vision as a company.
• Manage all concerns that may arise.
• Detect risks and manage any conflicts that may arise between the work methodology and the clinic staff.
• Ensure that the work is carried out in accordance with the OrthoDental methodology and quality standards.
• Managing introductions for new team members.

Requirements:

• A dynamic person that is able to adapt to the environment.

• Empathetic, assertive and able to work in multidisciplinary environments.
• Be a team player with strong organisational skills
• A passion and talent for devising and managing effective systems, fixing problems, and ensuring accurate, efficient and legally compliant administration.
• Proven previous experience in the healthcare industry will be a plus.
• Leadership experience.
• Calm and professional manner toward the team.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills for management.
• Passionate about training the team to help new coworkers  get started in their work.
• Strong knowledge and use of PC and common software applications.
• Fluent in Slovenian and English. Speaking other foreign languages will be a plus.
