Responsibilities:

• Be the face of OrthoDental, deliver a world-class experience for every customer.
• Explain and determine the suitable treatment plans for patients.
• Perform first exams and improve treatment acceptance rate.
• If needed examine medical records and take 3D scans.
• Perform follow-up visits, IPRs, put engagers and deliver treatments of aligners.
• Submit the aligner diagnostics to our orthodontists for planning the treatment.
• Assist the orthodontist in preparing the treatment plans for production and following up inquiries.
• Educate patients on brushing techniques and offer other services they might need.
• Be responsible for the equipment when it is in your possession.

Requirements:

• A valid doctor registration number.
• A passion for understanding of orthodontic treatments, any knowledge of aligner treatment is a plus.
• Be part to help develop processes of OrthoDental while delivering top quality dental care.
• Calm and professional manner with our patients.
• Willingness to comply with all local and government laws regarding dental and healthcare.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in Slovenian and English.
• Strong computer skills and experience with healthcare databases, CRM, and applications.
